Advised IFC on a US$335m loan to Banco Davivienda aimed at helping women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises and social housing in Colombia.

 

Africa

Advised DFC on the US$100m corporate capex financing to Africell Holding Ltd., for the expansion of its mobile network and related IT operations in the DRC, Sierra Leone, Uganda, and The Gambia.

 

Brazil

Advised IFC on the corporate financing of Jalles Machado S.A. for the expansion of their sugarcane mills in Brazil.

Latin America

Advised IDB Invest in connection with its US$70m A/B loan to Cabify to finance its operations in Latin America.

 

Peru

Advised IDB Invest in connection with its US$100m financing to Gas Natural de Lima y Callao, S.A. for the expansion of its natural gas pipeline in Peru.
